Sonja Novak-Zezula is mediator certified by the Austrian Ministry of Justice.

As a neutral mediator, I support conflict partners in their endeavour towards joint developments of solutions, which are future-oriented and suitable for everyday life as well as in the establishment of sustainable agreements

• by providing suitable framework conditions for conflict management
• by constituting constructive clarification processes in a structured way
